Normal shipping prices and times are below:
Everyday Free Shipping on all orders over $50!
- Just $4.95 on orders over $50.
- Just $4.95 for international orders over $50
U.S.
- Orders shipped from U.S. location, are shipped and processed within 1-2 days and are shipped with 2-day shipping.
- Orders shipped from our international location typically take 7-14 business days to reach their destination after they have been processed and shipped but can take longer from time to time.
International
- After the order has been processed within 2-4 days, orders typically reach our customers within 10-14 days, however due to customs sometimes it can take up to 30 business days to reach their destination.
Processing Time
Orders are processed usually in 1 day, however when items are in a high demand it can take up 2-4 days and then shipped within 2-4 business days.
- If your order has not been shipped within the 2-4 business days, please allow us a few more days. Due to a high quantity of orders being placed, some new products and some of our hot-selling products might temporarily get back-ordered. This might take us a few additional days to get the item(s) out to you.
Separate Packages
Some items we carry are sold by other sellers. If this is the case your items may be shipped separately due to different processing times and warehouse locations.
Tracking
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime and follow it. You can check the status via the order status link in the order and shipment email we send you or the using the Track Order Page found at the bottom of our site.
- If your tracking information shows a delivered package but you have not received it, you should contact your local carrier and address your issue with them. We are not responsible for an error delivery from the carrier. We will however work our best to assist you. We usually contact the carrier as well and do our best to help you locate a missing package.
- If your tracking number have not been updated, it usually means the courier has not gotten around to it. Please let us know and we will contact them and see if they can get your tracking number updated.
- If you see "In transit" it means the product is being transported. Once it reaches you, you will see an update on the location.
Is there a Custom Fee for international orders?
- Typically, no, almost all the time, there is no custom fee as our items get cleared through custom for free almost all the time. This not always the case however, and if on the odd or very rare chance there is a custom fee, please forward the email sent from the carrier or email us regarding any extra charge you had to pay, and we will assist in an additional percentage off your order in refund. This is the best we can do, as customs charging as strictly due to them, and we have no power over that.
