How do our Sizing work and what is the best way to choose a size?

Our products sizes varies due to differentiation in styles and cuts. You can find the exact measurements of each of our products in the product descriptions or size chart. 

This way you can best determine what size is right for you. Pants typically run small so we always recommend sizing up one. 

We also recommend you view our customers reviews if the product has reviews. Customers might have mentioned sizing and how a product fits them in their review.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product for a refund or exchange?

Yes, Cargo Chic's biggest priority is helping our customers the best we can. We offer refunds and exchanges on orders if you are not satisfied. We will help you as best we can as soon as we can!

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return a product to our office location with a completed return slip within 14 days after the product has been delivered. 

You can start a return or exchange by contacting us through our Contact Us page. Send us an email and our customer contact team will give you the details on how to return.

What makes a product returnable?

All items except swimwear, lingerie, and bodysuits are returnable if you are unhappy and unsatisfied. This includes faulty items and items that do not fit. Unused items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

The return window is 14 days after you received your item.

Shipping & Tracking

When will my order ship and its duration time?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Orders are processed within 1-2 days and shipped usually within 2-4 business days. 

U.S. orders from our local warehouse are always shipped with 2-day shipping. However many of our items come from our international location and this typically takes 7-14 business days to reach their destination after they have been shipped but can take longer time to time. 

International orders typically takes 10-14 business days. However, from time to time it can be up to 15-30 business days to reach their destination. On the same end we have had times when our internation orders reached customers within 5-7 business day, it all depends on the flight, customs clearence and your local post office.
