Easy Returns & Refunds
Cargo Chic's biggest priority is helping our customers the best we can. We offer returns and refunds or exchanges on orders if you are not satisfied. We will help you as best we can as soon as we can!
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return a product to our office distribution location within 14 days after the product has been delivered. The 14-day window does not start until the day after the product is received and delivered. This is to allow you additional time before the return window starts as we want our customers to have plenty of time.

What is our Return Policy?
All items are returnable besides bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie due to health and safety regulations. If you are unhappy and unsatisfied, all other items are returnable. All faulty items are returnable. Items that do not fit or unused items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging besides swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie.
Our policy lasts 14 days after you received your product. If 14 days have gone by since your delivered product, we cannot guarantee a refund or an exchange. However, still contact us as we will try our best to work with you.
International Refunds
All of Cargo Chic items are processed in U.S. dollars. Refunds for an order outside of the U.S. will reflect the international exchange rates which fluctuates. Due to this the refund will reflect the price of the current exchange rate when refunded. Also, we have no control if your bank or credit card issuer charge you foreign conversion charges or fees. If you somehow see foreign fees, you must contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding them.
How long does the Return Process take?
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2-7 days after your item(s) have been received at our office distribution location. Once processed we will issue a refund or process the exchange. We usually can process and refund the same day as we received the product, but again this can take up to 7 days depending on the processing time.
Additional Return Information
Returned items must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn and have original tags attached. This means free of marks, and wear. Please notify us as soon as possible for faulty items or if an incorrect item was sent.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Cargo Chic reserves the rights to refuse and limit returns from customers with an irregular or excessive return history involving “wardrobing,” worn items, altered items, damaged items, and fraudulent activity.
Wholesale and what is considered Wholesaling
When ordering 3+ items of same piece for each size, or 10 or more items, you are considered wholesaling for us. There is a 25% restocking fee and wholesale orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
